Seton P. Loglar
Founder/CEO
Seton P. Loglar is a Liberian educator, trained diplomat and entrepreneur. He currently serves as Coordinator of the Gabriel L. Dennis Foreign Service Institute (FSI) , where he oversees the training and development of aspiring Liberian diplomats. In this role, he has been instrumental in fostering institutional partnerships, including with the Liberia Maritime Authority (LiMA), to provide students with practical exposure to critical sectors such as maritime governance and global trade. Beyond his diplomatic career, Loglar is also the Founder of Prudent Investment Group, reflecting his interest in private sector development and economic empowerment. He is committed to bridging the gap between diplomacy, education, and national development.

Sondah Geepea-Wilson
Chairperson
Sondah Geepea-Wilson is a Liberian lawyer, social worker, and women's empowerment advocate. She is the founder and Executive Director of SEARCH, a national humanitarian organization providing child protection and emergency relief across Liberia. A graduate of the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law and the Gabriel L. Dennis Foreign Service Institute (FSI), she also holds a degree in Social Work. In 2023, she contested for a legislative seat in Nimba County District #2 and served as a deputy campaign coordinator for the Unity Party. She is a vocal advocate for increased female representation in local governance and politics.
Abel J. Kertuah
Vice Chairman
Abel J. Kertuah is a Liberian legal professional and tax administration expert. He is a graduate of the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law, University of Liberia, and also holds credentials in public administration. Kertuah currently serves at the Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA) , where he has worked as Supervisor for the Medium Tax Division. In this role, he has been actively involved in taxpayer education, compliance outreach, and engagement with business communities across Liberia to facilitate voluntary tax compliance and strengthen domestic revenue mobilization.
Clarence N. Lakpor

Clarence N. Lakpor is a Liberian accounting and audit professional with over a decade of experience in financial oversight and public administration. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of Liberia (2010) and has pursued specialized certifications, including a Certificate in Internal Audit from the Liberia Institute of Public Administration (2014) and a Certificate in Transfer Pricing from the OECD (2021). His expertise spans internal auditing, financial compliance, and tax-related transfer pricing regulations. He is committed to contributing effectively to organizational growth and accountability.
John Zoyah, Jr.
Board Member
John Zoyah, Jr. is a Liberian banking and finance professional currently serving as Senior Auditor at the Liberian Bank for Development and Investment (LBDI) , one of Liberia's leading financial institutions. He brings a strong background in accounting and financial oversight to his role, where he is responsible for conducting internal audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and strengthening institutional accountability. Zoyah's work contributes to the Prudent Investment Group's commitment to transparency, risk management, and operational efficiency.
